 For SO Modem Error and No EFT Server Error

Check the Status of the EFT Server:
 If it shows error on CBA_TMS1 and CBA_3DES, follow the setup procedures below to fix the issue.

 

Open up registry (regedit)

Go To: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Remedy\EFTSRV

  1.  Delete the GwExtndll Folder

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Restart the EFT Server

  1. Check if EFT Server is back to all CONNECTED. For Slave POS (Restart the EFT Server to fix)
