Name of Barrel Promo
- Enable the Promotion: - Tick the "Enabled" box to make the promotion live.
- (To pause the promotion at any time, untick the "Enabled" box.)

- Set the Dates and Time: - Keep the "Combined Date/Time" box unticked.
- Select "All" for Days of the Week.
- Set the start and end dates of the promotion.
- Set the time from 00:00 to 23:59.
- Do this for both "Earn Barrel Promotion Tickets" and "Issue Barrel Promotion Tickets".
- Set the end date to a future time, for example, 07.09.2025, or choose the desired end date.
- Ensure all time and date boxes turn Green for the promotion to be valid.

- Select the "Family": - After setting the date and time, choose the "Family" category.
- It’s currently set to "All", but you can select a specific group to pull data from if needed.

- Define Entry Criteria: - Under "Spend Type", select the criteria for entering the draw (Product / Money / Mix & Match).
- Choose a product if a specific item is required for entry (e.g., Jack Daniels).
- Set the minimum value required for entry if applicable (e.g., $10).

- Allow Multiple Entries: - Tick the "Accumulative" box to allow multiple entries per member.
- Example: If the minimum spend is $10, a ticket will be created for every $10 spent. If Bob spends $30, he will get 3 entries.

- Use Virtual Drawer: - Tick the "Virtual Drawer" box to avoid paper-based printing.
- Note: This feature is for members only; non-members cannot participate in a virtual draw.

- Auto Entry: - Tick "Auto Entry" to automatically enter vouchers into the barrel.

- Empty Barrel: - Use the "Empty Barrel" button to manually reset the barrel with no entries before each draw.
- You can either allow a "Rollover" for members or start a fresh draw each week.

- Save Settings: - After completing the setup, ensure you click "Save" to apply the settings.
