Symptom:  Looking at the v2u service logs  (BackOffice: C:\Venue2U\Logs)  SendOrder Response is taking more than 15 seconds.


Things to check:


Configured till ip address is ok.

Till table tracking database setup in BackOffice under Locations.

Restart of all back office services (pc restart) required before this takes effect.
